The Kynett PRO is an innovative and effective form of training. With loose weights, dumbbells and kettlebells, you can train concentrically.
Due to the fast rotating flywheel, the Kynett PRO retracts after pulling. The harder you pull the cord, the harder the flywheel will pull back.
So you will also have to slow down the retraction. This device is extremely effective in muscle development, endurance and injury rehabilitation. All muscle groups can be trained (eccentrically) lightly and intensively, as well as speed and strength.
Thanks to its innovative design, it takes up practically no space, allowing you to train all muscle groups within a radius of 1.5 meters.
