Big products until 30kg and 2 meters tall will be delivered door to door. After payment confirmation, the shipping will be made through DPD within 7 working days to Portugal and Spain, and between 10 to 15 days to Europe and the rest of the world.

Yes, after returning the products you will get your refund.

After placing your order you should send to our email address, sales@acrilsports.com, the details

you wish to put on your invoice as well as the e-mail or address where you would like it to be sent.

In case an item is missing on your package, please contact us through our email, sales@acrilsprots.pt, and tell us which piece or item is missing and we will send it to you as soon as possible. When reporting what is missing you should attach a picture of the product that was sent to you.
