AKUAFIT is a range of aquatic fitness tools for functional training, offering a wide range of movements such as lifting, carrying, throwing, swinging, pulling, paddling and pushing.
Unlike other solid fitness tools, the main advantage of training in the water is adding weight to the instability it generates through movement.
During training, all the muscles in the body work together to control water. Therefore, no two movements are the same, which helps to maintain concentration, stimulate motor learning and muscle growth.
