Cookie Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This Cookies Policy explains what cookies are, how Acrilsports uses them on the acrilsports.pt website and how you can manage your preferences. It should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are used to ensure the website functions correctly, to remember your preferences and, with your consent, to collect statistical or marketing information. We also use similar technologies (for example, local browser storage), which are referred to here generically as ‘cookies’.
2. Categories of cookies we use
- Necessary — essential for the website to function, for navigation and for the shopping basket/checkout. Without these, the website does not work properly. They do not require consent.
- Statistical — help us understand how visitors use the website, in an aggregated and anonymous way, so that we can improve the user experience. They are only enabled with your consent.
- Marketing — these enable us to display more relevant content and adverts and measure their effectiveness. They are only activated with your consent.

5. How to manage your preferences
On your first visit, we display a notice where you can accept, reject or customise non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the ‘🍪’ button in the corner of the website.
You can also manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. Please note that disabling essential cookies may affect the functioning of the website.
