Your privacy is important to Acrilsports. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and applicable Portuguese law.

2. What data we collect

  • Identification and contact data: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address.
  • Order and payment data: products purchased, amount, purchase history (we do not store full card data — payment is processed by certified providers).
  • Browsing data: IP address, device type and cookies (see section 7).

3. Purposes and legal basis for processing

  • Processing and delivering orders — performance of the contract.
  • Customer support and order-related communications — performance of the contract.
  • Marketing and newsletter — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Compliance with legal obligations (e.g. invoicing and accounting) — legal obligation.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the store — couriers, payment processors and email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp) — always subject to confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Data retention

We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law (for example, invoicing data for the applicable legal period).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact sales@acrilsports.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).

We use cookies essential to the operation of the store (e.g. shopping cart) and, with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies. You can manage your preferences in your browser.
