Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the acrilsports.pt website and the purchase of products via the Acrilsports online shop. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.

2. Purpose

These Terms apply to the sale of sports goods and equipment available via the online shop, to both consumers and professionals.

3. Products and availability

Products are presented as accurately as possible (description, images and features). Images are for illustrative purposes only. Availability is subject to stock; should an ordered item be unavailable, we will inform the customer and refund the corresponding amount.

4. Prices and VAT

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT at the statutory rate in force. Prices do not include delivery costs, which are calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. Acrilsports reserves the right to change prices; the price applicable is that in force at the time of the order.

5. Orders and conclusion of the contract

The order is considered complete once payment has been confirmed. The customer will receive a confirmation email with a summary of the order. Acrilsports reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of an obvious pricing error, unavailability or suspected fraud.

6. Payment methods

The following methods are available: Multibanco, MB WAY, Payshop (via ifthenpay), PayPal and bank transfer. The order is only processed once payment has been confirmed.

7. Dispatch and delivery times

Deliveries are made via a courier (e.g. DPD, CTT). Delivery costs depend on the weight and destination and are shown at checkout. The option to collect from the shop is also available, free of charge. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and the courier.

8. Right of withdrawal (returns)

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without having to give a reason, within 14 days of the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by emailing geral@acrilsports.pt before the deadline expires.

The product must be returned in good condition, showing no signs of use and, where possible, in its original packaging. Return costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item or proof of dispatch.

Exceptions are made for items which, by their nature, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened, or for personalised/bespoke products.

9. Statutory guarantee of conformity

Products are covered by a 3-year statutory guarantee of conformity for consumers, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 84/2021. In the event of non-conformity, the consumer may demand repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract, in accordance with the law.

10. Exchanges and returns

For exchanges or returns, please contact us at geral@acrilsports.pt, quoting your order number. We will assess each request and advise you on the procedures to follow.

11. Liability

Acrilsports accepts no liability for delays or failures to fulfil obligations resulting from force majeure. Acrilsports’ liability is limited, in accordance with the law, to the value of the order in question.

12. Complaints and dispute resolution

Customers may submit a complaint via the online Complaints Book (www.livroreclamacoes.pt). In accordance with the law, please note that the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is available at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Consumers may also refer matters to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) bodies.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. The courts of the district of Lisbon shall have jurisdiction to settle any disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
